Transforming young lives through alternative education

Our approach is built around the William Glasser’s Choice Theory, which recognises that meaningful learning emerges when five fundamental human needs (Love, Fun, Freedom, Survival and Power) are thoughtfully addressed.

Our integrated learning approach weaves experiential education, outdoor learning, and a flexible curriculum to develop essential life competencies. Each young person’s unique journey is carefully supported through a personalised Education Health Care Plan that honours their individual aspirations and potential.

Our approach creates conditions where young people who’ve struggled in conventional settings discover hidden capabilities – moving from passive participation to genuinely owning their learning journey and future path.

” Releasing Potential is an enthusiastic, efficient and caring company who operate flexibly and professionally to meet the needs of the young people. “
